      Pros

      Got to meet a ton of great people, celebrities and took a ton of awesome fitness classes

      Cons

      I was never really 'trained' I felt like I learned things as I made mistakes and then it was counted against me. They didn't want to put the effort into teaching me the basics.

      Really nice people, interesting work, and great location in the city

      Cons

      Interns were not given much responsibility, and therefore I didn't learn a ton from my manager or other employees.

      -Tight knit marketing team -Travel for events -Full ownership of programs from start to finish -Upper management looks out for the the marketing team

      -Long Hours, esp when working with West Coast teams -Marketers are sometimes stretched thin with workload
