      learn everything on my own

      need work on AL and weekends weak security control for CMS and CMS always crashed doesnt have QA and QA always failed handle too many projects at the same time always rely on PT for most of the work while they dont have much knowledge very toxic work culture no HR briefing when on board no training at all

      - Work from Home after Work from Office - You are on your own - They used to have flexible working hours but now enforce regular working hours - Project-based with impossible timelines and unrealistic scope - Sales driven, we can do anything FAST if you pay us to do
