      A mostly good team, but management might sink the ship

      Pros

      They made a lot of early key hires that established a strong platform to build upon. Early success that led to a nice funding round.

      Cons

      They chose to create a bipolar engineering org (split between NY and Berlin, Germany.) In an early stage startup, this just created a lot of issues and incurred a lot of unnecessary cost and drama flying back and forth, maintaining multiple offices, etc.

      It's a good concept and you can believe you are making US health care better.

      Cons

      It's a club of people who went to Harvard and they tend to scapegoat and fire people who didn't.
