Very disappointing: Run for the hills

Pros

The fact that it's not very corporate can be good at times but also makes it seem like it's a mom and pop shop.

Cons

They have a very bizarre team and mix of people. It is very awkward to be around them. The team is filled with loners and egotistical sociopaths that cannot work in a normal environment. Most have landed here as the last dead end stop in their career. It feels like it's going out of business every day. If you don't agree with the leaders you will be humiliated and whacked. The leadership team is like a cult that believes they are the smartest in the room at all times. The company is in a downward spiral and the burn rate is alarming. All of their business is dependent on one company. If that goes then the lights go off.

Pros

just a quite high salary, nothing more

Cons

super bad nightmare for me. 1. On my first day I reported to the company, the hiring manager was not aware that there is a new joiner coming. I was then throw to the other different team which is different from what being mentioned in my offer letter. 2. The initial offer is, they offer me to join a EMEA cloud team, which they said that this team will involve in AWS instance creation, deploying a new servers and others which related to AWS, but after a few month I joined, I noticed that EMEA Cloud team is NOT doing anything that they have mentioned in during hiring. This team only doing the first level support of their application which INSTALLED ON THE CLOUD SERVER. Nothing more ! 3. After i need to join a new team, HR then re-print my offer letter and change the content of the offer letter which is they change the team that i need to report to. Then they asked me to re-sign the offer letter. But I refuse. 4. In the new team, I need to do a first level support to Atlassian product (JIRA). What I need to do is, once i got a ticket from user, I need to google for an online knowledge-base from atlassian website, and re-write the possible solution or root cause to the customer. 5. During hiring, I suppose to take a Redhat certification in my previous company, but I had to drop it as ServiceRocket need to hire me as soon as possible, and they said I can continue the Redhat Certification in their company. But when I joined, they said, I WILL NOT go to other training except for an Atlassian product training. 6. After more than 1 month of arguing with the top management, in the last meeting with them, they telling me that the position that they offered to me earlier (Application Support Engineer - who supporting AWS) is not exist, and will not exist. This actually a very long story but I've made it short. I had a meeting with top management about this issue 3-4 times. I was never feel happy while im working in here. Please, if you received an offer in this company, please please please please think carefully before joining this company. This company could ruined your future. Notes: I just work for this company for 2 months. Thank you !

Sales - disorganized

Pros

Uh, you get free filtered water. A few cool people that make it worth coming to work.

Cons

Completely disorganized. It's like working for a startup company. Yet they have been in business over 15 years. Not a good place if you're coming from a big well known company that is streamlined and you can actually do your job. You'll be wearing many hats here in sales. You'll even be the receptionist answering phones all day.
