The CEO is an exceptional leader and easy to work with. While he is demading he is also supportive and fair. When you overperform, he recognizes it with potential spot bonuses from time to time. You also learn a lot and he allows you to try new tactics and approaches.
Cons
Because the work is mostly project-based, the workload can be really heavy one month and lighter the next month.
