Once a Great Place — Now Crushed Under Toxic Leadership
Pros
For several years, Serioplast was a company I believed in. I was promoted multiple times, took on growing responsibility, and truly “bled Serioplast green.” I was proud to be part of the team and contributed to operations across multiple leadership roles. The teams I worked with were hardworking, and we often overcame huge obstacles together.
Cons
Everything changed when a new regional manager was brought in. This individual was dismissive of input from long-standing employees. Despite only stepping into a leadership role with actual authority 67 days before this manager arrived, I was blamed for all the plant’s shortcomings—even those that stemmed from decisions made far before I had any control to change them. There was no opportunity to be heard, and no acknowledgment of years of dedication.
