Pros
-Easy job not tiring at all -Employes around are generally polites and comprehensives -Full-time contract for an indefinite period
Cons
-The team bonus ( for the 4*8 shift work ) is included in the base salary, so the net salary is much lower than i expected. -No training -Anarchic management, no defined tasks no clear rules and directives. -The job title is machine operator but in fact it's 10% Operator and 90% cleaning agent.
