We got 12 hour shifts with not much to do but one thing really whenever you're not loading truck's and that's keeping the line clear and product put away thing is the supervisor let's others get away with stuff and not working together which would make it easier on the both of you if they did brought it to the supervisors attention and I get disciplined instead of them makes no sense to me.
