- Lots of freedom to do more than your job description - Young team - Friday drinks and snacks on the office - Cool office space

- Micromanagement - HECTIC pace - Opinions are sought but not listened to - You can argue with the team, but if you push too hard, it backfires

Cons

Micro management of founders Client is GOD attitude Hiring average engineers and expecting wonders 12 annual leaves(you need to plead to avail) and WFH that you aren't allowed to take. No project management and people planning(Engineers work till late hours 6-7 days a week just because projects are not managed well).

micromanagement client is god attitude no product sense. more focus on service and how to maximize revenue (which is not shared with team) folks were asked(read forced) to work even when they had covid
