      so-called "flexible" working hours, CEO is good, but too busy to know how terrible his management team is

      Cons

      cheap pay, terrible benefits, long hours, management are the worst - nepotism is serious, and 99% of the management are only in the company for their own benefits. They do'nt care about their employees at all
