      Company was good to me. Had a lunch and 2 breaks, work involved counting items and stacking them on pallets in preparation to ship, it was easy going and I liked it

      Break time was stringent as you had someone waiting for you to take over their machine

      Emphasis on taking care of employees, profit sharing

      Cons

      Don't expect to get a position in the office building if you currently work in the warehouse or production facility, even if you qualify. The managers have a strange aversion to bringing people from the blue collar position into the white collar departments, even if you have a degree or relevant experience
