      Pros

      Good company. well defined processes. work life balance is great and colleagues are very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Promotion space is too little. a little boring, no challenge. business is not going up very fast.

      Pros

      There used to be a number of perks working for Sennheiser. All of them have been discontinued one by one, with the only perk left being; it's a ok resume builder for another company within the industry.

      Cons

      Management and nonexistent HR will lie to your face. Will pay you lower than you ever thought possible and tell you if you don't like it you can always leave. Most of their best and brightest do.
