Pros
You're free to wear many hats and create and own new processes. At the time I was there the development team had a good working culture (with a few exceptions which were dealt with transparently).
Cons
Rejection of any concept of product management.

Pros
Senic is a tiny team - but everyone is really motivated and passionate about the product. There are a lot of engineers and designers and everyone takes a lot of care and works across multiple disciplines. The team is fun and really lives for Nuimo and future products. Exciting/challenging and fun work environment.
Cons
If you aren't excited about the product and vision for the company you're not a fit. Everyone at Senic is really into tech and design.
