They treat their employees like cattle. Actual job title should be "glorified delivery driver". Threatened with being written up or terminated in every meeting, they tell you one thing one week and change it the next, and if it causes issues with your customers you "better fix it or you'll be replaced by someone who can". They make it a point to constantly drill into you that everyone is replaceable and that you really don't matter. Direct managers are awesome, but the higher up the food-chain you go, the less likely you will find kindness or interest. The owner is only focused on money money money and really doesn't care about customers, at all, let alone employees. Most of your time will be on the road, and you'll rarely be at home. Every (literal) step is micromanaged through GPS tracking and constant phone calls. You are expected to pick up the phone immediately whenever they call, even if you are driving. You are expected to work from sun-up to well into evening and don't you dare complain about it. Even though the vehicles carry hundreds of thousands of dollars in product, the vans are not equipped with the most basic of alarm systems, and no cameras. They do have GPS though. Not because they are worried about their employees, oh no, they want to make sure that you aren't sitting somewhere taking a breather or God-forbid, a nap after driving 9 hours straight. The owner has zero management skills and truly believes the best way to achieve goals is through threats and intimidation. A truly unlikeable woman. Oh, and if you are not Native American, you go to the back of the line. Experience and job skills make no difference, her pet employees are Native and she doesn't hide this fact at all.
