Pros
I joined this organisation in 2018 and during that time company was in initial phase of growing and doing well in IoT sector , no. of employees were less but things were quite good and working environment was also good. I got so many things not denying for that but later things were getting changed. The Thing which I liked about company was flexible timings and salary on time.
Cons
All the +comments given previously have been got from working employees. I worked almost 3 years with Sincerity and dignity but as on the day I had put my papers they start behave like enemy. I joined on 30 days NP policy, after 2 years they revised that but as mostly organisation does to keep older NP for old employee as same and revise for the new joiners but instead of doing this they started humiliating based on NP policy. I was deserving smooth exist but even on/before my last working day they did not shared acceptance email ,on top of that no one turn out to wish on my last working day and they deducted a heavy amount for "so called notice period buy out policy". Their organisation policies changes as per their convenient ,like they relieved employee within 30 days NP , however that employee joined in 60 days NP policy) without any deduction, they can relieve you even in 15 days or even 5 days or they can fired you with 2 months salary in advance but they never appreciate the hardworking employee. HR is just for showpiece he/she doesn't have power to take decision. Every time management intervention is require for further process , even many people those are handling team they don't have power to take decision. HR have enough time keep eyes on your naukri.com profile to check whether you are looking for another job or not. Technical growth is very less and if your going for any paid certification that won't be paid by company even though HR would insist you to go for free certification. You can be fired anytime even on very lame excuses,housekeeping guys have more power than an full time employee. Flattery people can survive only. They started with less number and they were growing but now they reached at same level from where they were started . 12 CL per year / 6 SL No Insurance policy no other health benefits.
