Pros

The best part of the job is the people you meet. Tends to be the people in your team as opposed to management. Other than that, the only pro is the working from home aspect.

Cons

Patronising managers and higher ups. Felt very Us vs Them. Efforts made by management felt very superficial and almost like they just try to tick a box by talking to you. Obviously working from home can make it difficult to interact with every employee but team talks etc. seemed very forced. Very low pay. Work load is unfair and staff are overworked with no reward. Team morale very low. Dead end job unless you live local to the office in NI

Pros

Flexible working from home, nice management.

Cons

Lack of progression. Pay could be better compared to other companies.
