- Inhuman HR. - HR team dont follow employment act properly. - No work life balance. Need to stay back. Go back early = underperformer. - Old fashion culture. - Bad benefit package. - Founded so many years ago but still dont have proper/updated SOP - Micromanagement - Bad job grading - Attendance effect on annual KPI. Took AL or MC also effect KPI. If people sick, then sick la. Sick also effect KPI. Sigh. - Unrealistic management. Always give roadblocks instead of solutions. - No diversity in the Company. Top management all Chinese. Can count Indian using finger - Long story short, I’m so regret leaving my old Company for this toxic Company.
