      High office politice, poor management, high racist culture, poor cash flow management, poor internal control, poor filling, poor team work, high staff turnover, poor team lead.

      Strategic location to work because very near to LRT Glenmarie.

      Cons

      - Inhuman HR. - HR team dont follow employment act properly. - No work life balance. Need to stay back. Go back early = underperformer. - Old fashion culture. - Bad benefit package. - Founded so many years ago but still dont have proper/updated SOP - Micromanagement - Bad job grading - Attendance effect on annual KPI. Took AL or MC also effect KPI. If people sick, then sick la. Sick also effect KPI. Sigh. - Unrealistic management. Always give roadblocks instead of solutions. - No diversity in the Company. Top management all Chinese. Can count Indian using finger - Long story short, I’m so regret leaving my old Company for this toxic Company.

      good family bond with colleagues, we unite together to comfort each other. can learn ALOT professional skill and make great friends witness first hand bad leadership and management

      Cons

      HOD love to micromanage, cheating and lying. lousy benefits and work environment. Then lie to public telling good things. Culture shock, very high turnover from HR and internal teams too much work
