Pros
This company has always put people ahead of policies and be flexible to allow you to balance work and life. The company encourages you to just be yourself and provide opportunities to socialize amongst staff. Throughout the company you'll find people who truly care and who push each other to be better.
Cons
The company got a bit lost during the pandemic but so did a lot of companies. Inter-department communication can be lacking at times but it's something that's being worked on.
