Pros

Weekly payouts, You get paid for 100+ for each sale If you can sell you can make alot of money Can take unlimited holidays unpaid Managers are highly skillful, You learn alot when in SALES

Cons

Very strict with how they do business, They log you out(if not performing) so you dont make money (As you are paid for the time you work)

If spending all day calling up little old ladies and trying to scare them into spending thousands of dollars on ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS extended car warranties for less than you can make flipping burgers at McDonald's, then this is the job for you.

"Hi, I'd like to talk to you about your car's extended warranty" That line is what you will lead with, and say, at the beginning of the call, EVERY call.

Cons

Training is barely a day. You are expected to know more than what they consider entry level. Do not talk to or speak of potential customers as "humans"
