Working here has been incredibly rewarding. The collaborative culture encourages innovation while providing the support needed to succeed. Leadership genuinely values employee input, and there's a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional development. The inclusive environment and meaningful work make this not just a job, but a place where I've been able to grow both personally and professionally

Cons

While this is overall a great workplace, there are some challenges. The rapid growth has occasionally led to communication gaps between departments.
