      good pay and also the working space is kind of ok; good rapport; good environment; good culture and supportive; have many holidays

      Cons

      very stressful, sometimes need to OT at weekends, the management is sometimes not ok; sometimes the deadlines are quite packed

      Pros

      Most of the people working at head office are very friendly and enjoyable to work with. They try to create a sense of community with a Monday morning meeting to discuss changes happening within the company.

      Cons

      The VP's are non-approachable and behave in a manner that suggests they feel like they are superior. Most plans of execution are unorganized; you receive very little direction. Communication is poor and there is little follow up. Your voice and concerns seemingly do not matter; if you voice concerns, you are conveniently laid off.

      A literal cockroach infestation lack of transparency and accountability among managment staff in stores and especially in head office High expectations (i.e., closing down/opeing up store with minmal experience, zero support and no key holder wage) Store Managers take a portion of your tips even when they aren't working with you (it's not even about the money, but the principle of it.) Pressue to take on additional shifts/last minute shifts outside of your availability Huge misscomunication between store manegerial staff and head office
