- Seaview is a growing company with tons of potential for personal growth - New management is really turning Seaview around and making it a great place to work. - There is a true open door policy at Seaview. I have not worked at any other company where I am able to learn first hand from the director and VP of claims. - The workload is extremely manageable, I never feel overwhelmed with the amount of claims assigned. - FREE lunch daily from Relish. A new restaurant every day.
Cons
- On going construction in the office as leadership is in the process of adding amenities and more workspaces to the building due to the growth Seaview has experienced. Construction should be finished by February.

*Good people *Great pay *Benefits I started here in 2025 and came back to Glassdoor to write this review after seeing the negative reviews. The company is growing fast and had early pains. That is probably the reason for the early negative reviews. My time here has been amazing and much better than the previous big box company I worked for. It is hard work but that comes with being an adjuster. For a small company they have great pay, opportunity, and benefits. Glad I'm here
