Love working at Search- a very supportive team and an extremely rewarding place to work. The work they do each day is truly incredible and I’ve learned so much by working here. Overall completely recommend it, Best workplace I’ve ever had. Benefits are great too!
Cons
There is sometimes a lot of work to be done, as in any nonprofit, but it’s all worth it to support the very worthwhile mission and they do provide you the tools to succeed.
Wonderful DSPs and good core staff. I would have my loved ones at Search
Cons
Large turnover in management. Leaders in place who are not good leaders. Several big players make all the changes without consideration of others. Plus, the agency is full of nepotism.
