      Pros

      Good Work/life balance, the company rewards it's good employees and once you get the trust from the management they give you a lot of autonomy.

      Cons

      Just like every big companies, there are some clans and politics... Some people feel threatened and spend their time protecting/defending themselves instead of working for the company benefits.
