      Friendly collegues, free and healthy snacks

      Cons

      There is no sense of direction in any of the projects they are doing. They randomly pick on ideas, and start developing until it fails (which happens most of the times), and try to patch it up from then on. There is not much of analytics or machine learning stuff going around. There is also a bit of micro managing at this place.

      I dont think there is one!

      Cons

      Nothing going on. Randomly pick projects and start developing until it fails. No proper goals. Bunch of college graduates still consider projects as Homework, No production standard code. No proper direction. There is no software development practices etc etc
