JUST DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER Don't join if you already have a job. - The Banglore Team is an amazing Case study of how not to manage a Team. - Everything that can go wrong - No work life balance - Toxic work culture - Use of abusive language within the team from Top to bottom. - Zero Flexibility - Manager doesn't let the team work as a team and keeps involving them in his trivial internal politics. - No Job security. - And the list goes on and on and on.

A company that deals in regulatory compliances, but has no processes PS to all clients, your data is not as safe as you think, a lot of the team has open access which is a very big vulnerability, i have seen people just look at your data because their friends work at your company, so all secrets go out in the open
