      Poor treatment, bad diversity, do not look after staff

      Good projects in central government

      Cons

      Do not look after their staff, not diverse with the culture or who they employ, fires/let people go after a few months due to project changes. Will change your job to something totally unrelated with no consultation and then complain when you are unable to do it.

      Working time was flexible. They will give you false promises only

      This company don't have proper contracts with clients. They will hire you for Full time job. Initially when the company started in 2023 we were 9 people. 7 of them lost there job within 6 months. 2 others lost there job in first year. Same thing happened with people joined later also. They will give you false promises to fill up their job positions. once you are start your job. Company founders and other executives will praise you and will give you hope that this company is growing everyday. They will say clients only gave them projects by seeing there performance. Clients will end contracts anytime with these people and you and your family will be in trouble.
