Good seatime opportunities, great crew, 3 weeks on/off, great food, average WiFi, recreation facilities are good.
Cons
Poor marine HR coordination, lack of inspiration at times, can be long hours while at sea, pay own travel (claim back but taxed), no bonuses or perks such as private health.
