Pros

I was able to work in the office and the field at my time of employment. The project manager that i worked with was great. I learned a lot of ins and out of the industry. Some of the other project managers would micro manage everything that I did.

Cons

There are a bunch of improvements with technology that this company needs to make. Other than that, great place to work. I've heard they've got some new project managers since 2014.

One big lie

Pros

Pay and benefits are good as well as most field personnel. Plenty of work in Bowling Green but lacking diversity in other regions.

Cons

Big time micro management by others because of being job scared and owner is a work a holic so he expects the same. Everything in the interview turns out to be a lie except for pay and benefits.

Pros

Prevailing wage, ability to make $30-$35/hr doing nothing, it's practically impossible to get fired. if you get fired they will beg you back

Cons

Most employees are drug addicts and addicted to pills Drugs are rampant through the company & people pop/snort pills on the worksite No room for advancement unless you're related to the owner or sleeping w/the owner/president as some women in the office have done The retirement/benefits are a joke
