      Everyone was friendly and easy to get on with. Andrew (the MD) was always positive and supportive. Interesting projects

      Some of the projects i found quite difficult to work on effectively.

      - Lots of Interesting and complex projects to work on - Building apps from scratch means designing and working with different technologies - Great support network with 121s each week and time for professional development - Frequent feedback with the space to learn from mistakes - Collaborative and supportive dev culture focused on learning - Flexible and remote working I had an amazing time at Scorchsoft and took a huge amount of valuable experience including what a good work culture looks like.

      Cons

      - At times can be a high pressure environment working on shorter projects - Having to move on from your favourite project when it finishes

      Pros

      Strong Team based in the UK. Inclusive. Honest and Transparent Team Culture: the company genuinely cares about the success of its projects. Very flexible around work hours and home working. Complex and meaningful work.

      Cons

      A performance culture may not be suited for everyone. Large projects can sometimes mean higher pressure to deliver results. Some projects are technically complex, requiring a high degree of care and skills.
