Pros

Nice office, Good People to work with.

Cons

Simply the worst, they employ new people who put you at risk and then make you apply for your job again. High preassure like a sales target company but with ZERO reward. HR is just a operation person and does what ever is asked by the new managers. DO NOT APPLY to this company not only is it low pay and high preassure they will do anything they wish to you including questionable job title changes just so the new manager can bring in own team and get rid of long standing staff!

Pros

Some good people on the front line, doing their best.

Cons

Absolutely incompetent leadership team. Their inability to run their company directly results in harm to patients. Hence the rebrand from Healthcare at Home. Their failings are blatantly obvious internally, yet they turn a blind eye and protect their own interests. It’s an absolute scandal and the CQC should shut them down, but in this age of corruption, gas lighting and truth bending I find that highly unlikely. If you are a Sciensus employee, I recommend evaluating your morals - how do you sleep at night? If you are a patient, do not place your health in the hands of this company.

Pros

A regular wage is about all this company can boast for pros

Cons

Lack of support from coaches Bully boy tactics from coaches Pitting team member against team member Upper Management are a joke and have no touch in reality The several million pound system we are forced to use to justify the spend that is not fit for purpose. Bonuses being taken away Feeling forced to take on extra responsibility over and above job role without no extra pay or incentive. Team Coaches with 0 listening skills Team Coaches with 0 coaching skills Micromanagement Sciences will tell you to expect a bonus but then months later go back on their word with no apology and a explanation worthy of Bojos spin Doctor. Figures and stats are more important than patient experience. An overwhelming sensation of being undervalued and inappropriated is something one has to get used to in CPS. Blame culture from Team Coaches and upper management is rife.

Its always disappointing to read a review like this as we feel we're making excellent progress and system improvements in the last 6 months. After 4 + years service, as I am sure you're aware, we've a number of avenue to help support you and perhaps answer some of the questions / points you've raised. We don't want to lose committed employees so I'd encourage you to discuss further internally.
