Bully behavior. Male only leadership that doesn't want anyone speaking up about the toxic coworkers, lack of organization and filthy working conditions in the office. Senior male members of management are extremely manipulative and go behind closed doors and gossip like school children. Nobody is accountable for their mistakes. Any mistake is blamed on vendors, sales or customers. Never the people making the mistakes. Excuses are made for incompetent employees. People that lose the company money, and cause drama, are kept on so Scan doesn't get sued based on a person weaponizing being gay, old and having medical problems. (I saw correspondence from HR, and was told this outright by management) This is the place people stay when they can't do any better in the industry because other companies have standards they adhere to, or because they couldn't possibly pass a background check or drug test somewhere else. Those who realize they can do better - do - and leave.
