Tall Promises & Substandard Employee Engagement

Unlimited break time Office is centrally located in a rented space Free coffee/tea Team members are good but most of them leave organisation for greener pastures

Cons

There are so many but primarily founders have ego issues amongst themselves and there is always a tug-of-war between them to exercise authority and execute future plans Attrition in this company has always been in double digit percentile owing to poor or no employee friendly policies and lack of future roadmap Freshers use employment at this company as a launchpad and bridge to other companies including some of their own clientele
