      Pros

      Nothing that I know of.Just because there are no competitors in the Indian market they are surviving.

      Cons

      All the good reviews posted are done either by the management or by the HR.They could not even understand not to post such multiple "good" reviews in such a short span of time. Take my word for it. Any Fresher :DO NOT stay for more than a year or year and half. Anyone with 1-3 yrs experience :Be there for 6 months and GET OUT.. Anyone with more than 3 yrs experience : An absolute NO NO...

      A Co. for freshers - Learn and move out. All immediate previous reviews as fake done by company only, see the dates within a gap of one day all the good review, please check old review.

      Cons

      Nothing positive about this company, Please don't think in dream also, Bunch of people around 20 in India office. You will be trap in if you will go with this co...No HR, No Policy. This is shop kind of thing,

      Excellent Company for Technically advanced Consultants.

      Pros

      Overall a great place to work, lots of freedom with projects to chose from, good management and nice coworkers. Excellent, professional culture. Some of the benefits are travel site and flexibility with scheduling projects during the week, sometimes instead of flying out Monday i can kickoff a project Tuesday. this helps a lot with back to back project schedules. Overall very good company.

      Cons

      travelling can be hectic, but overall the new ways to book travel and allowances is a great. I get paid Per Diem based on govt. rates for the cities where i travel, so that actually works out good, as i don't have to submit receipts.
