their giving me a chance to explore my knowledge for fabricating spools,cutting,grinding and how read isometric and shop drawings...specially to do my task on time with quality...

Pros
Is the best employee in Argentinean labor market, according the popular thinking. In terms to obtain a future job, since I started to work in Techint, always I was called (It happens every time I sent my resume)
Cons
It's an excellent key to obtain a future interview, in argentinean labor market. Salaries do not compensate the effort done. The annual evaluation process is too much agressive.
