Problems are interesting but leadership is unstable

Problems being attempted are interesting but taking too long to solve any of them
Cons
1. Appraisal process takes 5 months to complete. Laughably, this is for 6 month twice a year appraisal. 2. Consistent salary delays 3. Top leadership except for promoters are leaving from last 3-4 months. Even mid managers have started leaving. 4. No clear vision. Founders keep changing strategy and org structure every quarter. Now AI is the new fad, last year it was something else. No one from leadership has shown real use cases of AI in actual workflows but promise is to create a foundational model without any funds?!? 5. We were supposed to get funded last year. Every townhall we get to know money is coming this month but no money and hence delayed salaries. 6. HR is not there. One of the founders is acting HR but he is busy with so many things that this gets least importance and it is visible through deteriorating culture, structural changes, frequent strategy shifts, random decisions (like 4-1 office mandate but some remote employees don't have to follow it for god knows what reasons)
