Pros

Pay that was offered was in the top quartile of industry. Unfortunately actually getting the promised pay out of them was problematic.

Cons

Firm reneged on the terms and conditions of a duly executed job offer. Bullies are promoted while top performers are bullied because they make the bullies look bad. This company will spend more money on lawyers to defend its mistakes in HR rather than actually admit them, make a few changes, and move on.

Pros

Benefits are ok I guess. Time off is decent. But you’re a number and you’re replaceable.

Cons

It isn’t what you know, it’s who you’re willing to suck up to, to get ahead. Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. Favouritism abounds. Double standards make your head spin. People who couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag are promoted to the highest positions. Bullying. Isolation. Do as I say, not as I do. Huge division between field and the ivory tower. Left hand has no idea what right hand is doing. Don’t waste your time because you are disposable. Biding my time until I find something with a different company who will appreciate me.
