flexible work schedule (But managers will still complain about taking days off)
Cons
Head office and HR dont care about their employees (There have been numerous ex employees that complain about management or the toxic work environment and nothing ever got done. ) Horrible pay for luxury brand. Management is terrible. If you don't have any seniority in the company (if you are a manager or apart of Head Office) you get treated so poorly. I would N E V E R recommend anyone to work for such a horrible and toxic brand.
