As per the other reviews (apart from yours) it clearly shows that company has a very positive working environment and a healthy work culture, but the employee who themselves has negative thinking/attitude towards each and every assigned task, Not ready take any kind of responsibility to grow they cannot work in any growing company, with anyone. As the company has excellent track records of the employees they are working since very long duration (so many resources have completed 3,5, and 10 years as well) and these itself shows the strength and unity of the company. These kind of dedicated resources are always in a good book of the Management and receive an excellent increment. The company always tries to provide the best platform for everyone to grow and explore. Candidates those are having good caliber, capacity and capability Company always provide them a good perk, position, and platform. Negative people will always highlight negative things whether they exist in the organization or not. An employee who has not performed and is being jealous of another employee who is performing well or has been terminated due to poor performance will write these types of reviews.
