      There is really are no Pros i can think off in a neutral positive manner

      Cons

      Everything from the management to local idiots in the company playing office politics and being totally self centred. Management doesn't appreciate the ones who really care about the company There is a very toxic culture within the office environment, instead of helping eachother out a colleagues, they see eachother as enemies. "The Great place to work" is an alter ego for senior management and they are in denial as the company is not a great place to work with little or no opportunities to further your career
