      Pros

      Easy Work, quiet space, lots of opportunities for people who are self starters. You must learn to communicate effectively because there are a lot of hoops to jump through to get something done.

      Cons

      The management is not very aware of their employees capabilities and, thus, most people are undervalued and do not contribute as much as they could.

      Pros

      One may think that libraries aren't changing but you would be wrong. Many libraries are striving to adapt new technologies. The work place is always changing with new equipment and tech.

      Cons

      Can be slow to get the necessary changes in procedure. Everyone is trying to do everything in a timely order so it can get very fast paced.
