Pros

Great people, vibe and culture. Loads of good clients and lovely campus partners. I learned so much, built up my confidence (which has helped me in my career since) and made an impact. Lots of impactful diversity work which was important to me.

Cons

They have a busy period which was relentlessly busy but it was much easier in the summer period with early finishes on Friday.

Cons

It's not really a con as you are compensated and paid appropriately, but the workload is heavy and requires a strong attention to detail; however, it is no more so than any recruitment role.
