      Nice people in general. Executives have cushy jobs. Good products. Very international company.

      Cons

      Parochial, conservative headquarters culture. Feels like a much smaller, private company rather than a global multinational. Resistant to change. Controlling risk averse senior leadership. Really bad IT systems. Ugly building in a boring location. Hybrid means 4 days/week. Lip service to sustainability and diversity.

      They have made huge strides in moving into the future with great designs and marketing for a new generation of consumers. It's been a long time coming. I feel proud to show off the new look and energy of the advertisements on the website and social media.

      Cons

      Could use a bigger team in some instances. Most employees work over 40 hours.
