Not much reason to live there and the town and area do not support the brand's mission or community at all. Small group of people do 75% of the work with plenty of people there to "work for a cool company" without actually doing anything. They are still paying and compensating like an outdoor industry brand while taking in the profits of a major footwear player. They need to evolve.
