Pretty much worked full time hours without the benefits.

Leadership changes mind often. Heavy lack of communication and alignment between local leadership and global team. Commuting to Ogden is tough. Not much reason to live there and the town and area do not support the brand's mission or community at all. Small group of people do 75% of the work with plenty of people there to "work for a cool company" without actually doing anything. They are still paying and compensating like an outdoor industry brand while taking in the profits of a major footwear player. They need to evolve.

Unorganized. France doesn’t care about the American stores at all, no room for growth. Terrible training and leadership!
