Where to start - The CEO is an aggressive bully who will belittle staff in front of others. When she saw some of the reviews left here by previous staff, she angrily insisted that the remaining staff write new reviews for the company. During hiring, she will promise coaching and opportunity. In reality, you get abuse. Avoid SalesOptimize at all costs. You will regret it within a week

People were fired no reason. The CEO belittles you, never gives you any help and she will always just boast about herself and not help you. gets angry at you for even dropping something,
