It can feel quite cliquey with favouritism being rampant and an open secret.
At times it feels like management treat senior associate and below like children with blanket messaging that is clearly intended for 1/2 individuals, alongside big brother levels of surveillance (checking how long people have been away for on teams, how often people tap into the building and when, etc.).
Very few minority ethnic at manager level and above, made worse by the fact every other person here went to a few paying school.
Social events used to be a highlight but as of recent have fallen flat, through a mixture of constant reorganisation alongside insisting that different departments/teams must all have separate social events.
High level of employee turnover.
Without crazy levels of overtime career progression to manager level and above can be difficult. This is even harder for external hires as ‘home-grown’ employees are much preferred.
