Pros

- You fill like you genuinely make a difference, and help your customers - Very social, a lot of events in and out of work hours - Room for progression - Great regional leaders - Yearly global company event in-person - Earn shares in the company, which means we are all "owners" and are rewarded when we IPO

Cons

- Not that flexible with working from home (2 set days a week) - No transparency on salaries, gives the impression salary levels are very different

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review, it's great to hear that the role is fulfilling and you're also enjoying the social side of SafetyCulture. Concerning flexible working, this is still very much in its infancy after coming back to the office. Feedback has been really strong in that teams find the most value when they are in on the same days plus it allows us to collaborate with other functions, have in-person meetings and events and have lunch together again:) With regard to salary, we continuously carry out work internally and with 3rd parties to ensure salaries are competitive in the market alongside benefits and equity. Salaries are normally negotiated on the way into the business based on experience and reviewed annually based on performance and values. Thanks Nicky Chenery General Manager
