Pros

Catered food once in awhile and some basic benefits.

Cons

There’s too many to list but the underwriting dept plays favorites. It’s a very toxic environment. Anyone that says otherwise is just as toxic as management and their known for asking employees to leave EXCELLENT reviews what a joke of a place! Constant gossiping, everyone does things differently because there is no structure at all and if you are not liked they will fire you for the most ridiculous reasons.

Pros

Pay and Benefits are good. HR is very helpful and very available to explain things about how to best use benefits and systems. People all work very hard and many like what they do. Nice office environment, sometime too cold. Free drinks and free snacks on most Monday's.

Cons

For some reason they do not want to allow working from home. This is too bad. The communication is bad. Management does stuff and doesn't let you know, and some managers tell some people some things, and not others. Rumors about everything are everywhere. You don't know what, or who to believe. Being a manager does not look like a good job. They can't do anything their manager doesn't like.

Pros

Somewhat decent pay and free lunch once a week.

Cons

You constantly have to lie to Insureds advising them that we will resolve issues the company never will. They are so worried about micro managing their “manager duties” are out about 30 days which is so EXTREME with time sensitive information. You will then be cussed and yelled out by both Insureds and Agents. Management has their favorites. They will lie about promotions to get you to stay. They are not work family friendly. If you have a Louisiana P&C license you are more knowledgeable than half of upper management. HR is a joke. They are going to side with their favorite person. Their software system will be the downfall of them as it is super flawed, it is a IT nightmare as IT is non existent in this company.
