Cons
The training system in theory is good but poorly executed. They expect servers to be robotic and not dynamic Managers are inexperienced and possessive poor leadership skills. Their internal low self esteem issues and reflected in their interpersonal skills. They have unrealistic expectations on the servers final exam and how to apply it to practical situations. This also stems from managers inability to deviate from what is in writing to how to properly apply in real life situations.
