      Rampant cronyism, no performance reviews, German management is micromanagement. 4 years and nothing to show for.

      Pros

      Direct deposit worked, unlimited use of the bathroom, free parking, just now is figuring out what a mess the closure of facility will be.

      Cons

      Poor business strategy, terrible engineering contract agreement, terrible salary and motivation strategy. Never supported us project managers, maintained the poorest performing members of the us team, hires and relocated multiple employees and the let them go within 2 years.

      Pros

      - Great colleges - Interesting projects on applications designed for clinical laboratories and laboratory instruments. - Private health insurance and pension. - Flexible working hours. Good work life balance. - Paid overtime when required (Overtime is optionally. Normally overtime is discouraged by the company but there are some cases when overtime is required, however one can also choose to not do overtime) - New technologies, but depending also on the project. - Good local management

      Cons

      - No work from home possibility. - Rare bonuses and small salary increases.

      Pros

      Some people are alright and there's free parking.

      Cons

      Weird place feel like intruding on a dysfunctional family, could not wait to get out. Strange aversion to daylight all blinds and windows must be shut. Pay is below average. It's in Burton on trent too what a dump. Off shore Romanian office expect to be wiping their backsides for them but hey they're cheap that's why managers like them.
